Ron is the author of five books and the founder and CEO of Price Associates, a global leadership performance firm. His expertise includes talent, strategy and performance improvement. 

He has served in almost every executive management position over the past 35 years, and has received several awards from TTI Success Insights for his service and impact in the consulting community. He is a regular contributor to magazines, radio and TV. Ron’s book, “Treasure Inside: 23 Unexpected Principles That Activate Greatness”, is about recognising and embracing your own highest potential. Ron co-authored his latest book, “The Complete Leader: Everything You Need to Become a High-Performing Leader”, in 2014 with Randy Lisk.

Padraig is a Business Coach, Strategist, Trainer, Enterprise Ireland Mentor and Business Advisor with a life-long passion for human and business performance improvement.

As CEO of both ONEFocus Business Consultants and TTI Success Insights Ireland, Padraig has specific expertise in one-on-one Coaching of business leaders, Strategy Development, Team Building and Business Development. 

He has been actively involved in business for the last 35 years, as the founder of or supporting the development of organisations across a range of sectors.  He has held various executive and non-executive leadership positions such as Managing Director of Irish-American Philanthropist Chuck Feeney’s investment company in Ireland. His enduring purpose is to help individuals, teams and organisations become all they can be.

HOW IT WORKS

The Complete Leader is a 12-month international leadership development programme, designed to identify and develop the leadership skills necessary to excel in current and future roles. Through a mix of hands-on learning, presentations, study, and one-on-one coaching, participants work on essential leadership skills. TCL has been a catalyst for leadership growth in dozens of organisations across the U.S. and around the globe. Over the 12 months participants take deep dives into a variety of leadership competencies in 10 one-day workshops, peer coaching, one-on-one coaching, mentoring and guidance from leading executive coaches and experts from around the world.

The Complete Leader Book

The programme is based on best-selling book, “The Complete Leader: Everything You Need to Become a High-Performing Leader”, which is an encyclopaedia of the 25 leadership skills needed for clear thinking, getting things done, leading others and developing your unique leadership journey. When you join this programme, you will be assessed on how your current 25 leadership skills rank, and then have the opportunity to choose 7 of those skills that you want to focus on and excel in.

PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

The Complete Leader rapidly prepares leaders by immersing them in the 25 competencies required to be a high-performing leader, which are based on both timeless principles and 21st century methodologies.  TCL is an 12-month programme, with 10 group meetings. Between sessions there are both team and individual assignments to promote the practical application of the competencies. The group also receives an extensive variety of diagnostics to develop a deeper level of self-awareness. They include profiles of behavioural styles, strengths and weaknesses, emotional intelligence, acumen capacity and underlying motivators—where leaders get their highest sense of achievement and engagement. We also have a self-assessment of the 25 competencies from the book. In addition, throughout the programme, we host expert faculty members. These are national thought leaders in the areas of branding, communications, conflict management, teamwork, and more. Everybody in the programme gets exposure to these experts and the opportunity to build their network of connections as they continue on their leadership journey.
